Description

You will migrate enterprise contact center platforms from legacy technology to cloud-based solutions. You manage customer care applications, solve operational routing problems, and build troubleshooting tools.

Responsibilities

• Migrate enterprise contact center platforms from legacy systems to cloud-based solutions.
• Manage enterprise customer care technology applications and user experiences.
• Solve operational problems involving call routing and agent/workforce manager tools.
• Build tools for reporting and troubleshooting contact center workflows.
• Integrate applications with APIs and webservices involving complex authentication and processing requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years working with Cisco, Avaya, or Genesys contact center solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud contact center solutions.
• 3+ years of experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in building systems in at least one programming language.
• Expertise in building and utilizing JSON data sources.
• Ability to integrate applications via APIs and webservices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Twilio contact center implementation.
• Experience writing and optimizing Twilio Functions.
