Design and build custom applications and services for the Genesys Cloud CX ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance custom applications and services for Genesys Cloud CX.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities within the contact center ecosystem.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement routing and API solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
• 6+ years of professional Python development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks, specifically React.
• Backend development experience with Node.js or Python.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
