Description

You will manage and maintain technical operations for unified communications and contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across server and network areas.
• Implement technology at the operating system level for specific software solutions and vendors.
• Perform basic and intermediate troubleshooting for configured services running on various platforms.
• Develop communication strategies to improve agent effectiveness and manage communication tools.
• Participate in architectural design reviews and contribute to team problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in contact center technology operations.
• Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Network Infrastructures.
• Experience with UCC platforms such as Verint and UCC Voice.
• Ability to analyze information and interpret complex processes to solve diverse issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of contact center technology implementation.
