Description

Manage the full project lifecycle to transition current IVR and client contact systems to a future state solution.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination from initial planning through implementation of all deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Monitor progress to identify risks and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies and managing scope changes.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to resolve task dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing status reports and presentations to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Asana.
• Experience managing client contact solution projects and technical implementations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and integration methodologies.
• Experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical staff regarding data systems.
• Experience measuring staff effort related to user stories, testing, and development tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills and intermediate SharePoint and relational database skills.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
