Description

You will design, write, and test in-product language to create simple, human experiences grounded in product strategy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and test interface text, flows, product names, and taxonomies.
• Apply systems thinking to define extensible design system guidance and information architecture.
• Update language in code using internal tools and review code to ensure intended user experiences.
• Create high-fidelity design mocks in Figma to present solutions and drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, marketing, and data science to take products from conception to launch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or UX/UI design for products, apps, or web.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Figma for creating design mocks and wireframes.
• Experience with design systems and systems thinking.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas to broad audiences.
• Experience working independently in ambiguous environments.
• Familiarity with tools for managing and updating content at scale.
• Portfolio demonstrating finished wireframes or design mocks used to drive team decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Gen AI or general AI applications.
• Background working in Big Tech environments.
