Description

You will design content, user journeys, and digital experiences for business banking customers across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, technology, design, and research partners to solve complex user problems.
• Identify research opportunities including user interviews, surveys, and usability studies to optimize product design.
• Develop end-to-end content strategies for digital experiences using user insights and data.
• Partner with designers to create UX artifacts such as journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Present work and strategic rationale during design and product reviews with stakeholders and senior leaders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience writing across digital channels including web, mobile, email, and social media.
• Proven experience in UX writing.
• Experience creating content for complex, end-to-end customer journeys.
• Ability to work within established brand standards.
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and usage.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.
