Description

You will manage content lifecycles and data structures for global e-commerce experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage multiple data types required for new feature deployments.
• Execute complex production schedules involving multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical problems and troubleshoot issues on the fly.
• Maintain high ownership over content delivery within a matrixed organization.
• Balance time-to-market pressures with organizational best practices and business relationships.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with CMS tools including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or AEM.
• 2+ years of experience with catalog management tools such as FileMaker, SAP CRM, or Salisy.
• 2+ years of experience in global e-commerce shopping experience development and execution.
• Proficiency with GitHub for repository management.
• Working knowledge of JSON and XML schemas.
• Strong technical background with the ability to work effectively alongside engineering teams.
• Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in content development or related technical roles.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
