You will design and develop instructional training materials for adult learners focused on social services programs and NC FAST software functionality.
Responsibilities
Research and evaluate NC FAST case management software to translate technical functionality into effective learning materials.
Develop dynamic instructional training content using interactions, simulations, and interactive media presentations.
Collaborate with training developers, program subject matter experts, and technical support to ensure material effectiveness.
Assist with scheduling, preparing, and participating in quality assurance checks on developed training materials.
Lead training sessions across multiple formats including in-person, virtual, and webinars.
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in curriculum design and developing training materials for adult learners.
Experience designing and delivering computer-based training and learning program design systems.
Knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) technology including Moodle, XML, and HTML.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Experience in business analysis.
Proficiency with Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Adobe Breeze, Dreamweaver, or Visio.
Understanding of social services programs at the county, regional, and state levels.
