Lead content strategy, performance monitoring, and operational processes to improve customer journeys.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes for monitoring, reporting, and assessing content performance.
• Develop standard operating procedures and content management systems for the organization and its collaborators.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and engineering teams to optimize authoring and delivery mechanisms.
• Guide decisions on the Self & Guided and assisted content matrix using industry best practices.
• Perform content needs assessments, audits, and planning for a portfolio of work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content design, or knowledge management.
• Proficiency in content design and CMS tools, including Oracle KM and JIRA.
• Strong writing, editing, and curation skills.
• Ability to articulate complex content strategy concepts clearly.
• Functional knowledge of content management systems, technology, and the current landscape.
• Experience with CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, library science, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or a related field.
