Description

Lead the end-to-end content development lifecycle, from SME sourcing to final video production and team management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the content development team, including SME sourcing, vendor management, and resource allocation.
• Own the content strategy and roadmap, pitching ideas and defining content goals.
• Oversee e-learning video production, including storyboarding, motion graphics, and audio editing.
• Develop detailed project scopes, tables of contents, and design documents for every phase.
• Drive process improvements through data-driven analysis to maximize team efficiency and quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content development or creative production.
• Expertise in Motion Graphics Design and Graphic Design.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition).
• Proficiency in creating PPT-based animations, After Effects animations, green screen, and whiteboarding videos.
• Experience in SME sourcing, onboarding, and managing outsourced vendor projects.
• Strong background in copywriting, instructional design, and audio editing.
• Ability to manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Strong aesthetic sense regarding color theory, typography, and layout design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flash and Audacity.
• Background in programming or technical content creation.
