You will manage, develop, and govern content within a global knowledge base powering an AI Chatbot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to capture, catalogue, and govern knowledge.
• Review, publish, and update content using content management systems.
• Write and edit complex information, including policies and reference guides, into clear documentation.
• Enforce content standards across platforms to ensure accuracy and guideline alignment.
• Analyze content performance metrics to provide insights for knowledge management strategy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in content management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and providing actionable insights.
• Expertise in data management and database oversight.
• Proven ability in business analysis and change management.
• Experience with project management, risk management, and agile methodologies.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills for technical editing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI and LLMs.
