You will lead content strategy and execution for the US B2B IT market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual content marketing plans and content calendars.
  • Identify target audience needs in the US market to ensure content resonance.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and contribute to the revenue pipeline.
  • Coach and mentor content writers on best practices to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Map content to awareness, consideration, and conversion stages of the customer lifecycle.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of B2B IT Services content writing experience.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B IT Services and Product landscape.
  • Experience copy editing websites, landing pages, blogs, ad copies, flyers, mailers, and presentations.
  • Ability to develop writing style guides for all marketing collateral.
  • Proven experience in team handling and mentoring.
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days a week in office in Chennai).
  • Any Graduate degree.
