Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that move buyers through the inbound journey.
• Oversee content production workflows to ensure timely publishing.
• Manage and grow the content marketing team through hiring, recruiting, and weekly one-on-ones.
• Set and track KPIs for content writers aligned with marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with product, leadership, brand, and knowledge base teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in content marketing or related roles.
• Direct management experience leading three or more subordinates.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and WordPress.
• Experience with SEO content writing.
• Expertise in inbound marketing methodology and the customer value journey.
• Ability to create briefs for designers and writers.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and MS Planner.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or equivalent relevant experience.
