What you'll do (responsibilities)
Work closely with References program manager and multiple stakeholders worldwide to support the daily creation and operations of success stories and references.

·       Editorial reviews for submitted stories, including follow up on submissions

·       Update existing documentation and upload revised files across internal systems, including SharePoint and other digital systems.

·       Upload new documents and ensure proper metadata tagging according to defined technical properties.

·       Maintain link integrity by updating internal hyperlinks to reflect accurate and current file locations.

·       Create dashboards reflecting programs’ status polished presentations and documentation to support program initiatives.

·       Maintain consistency and accuracy in all program-related content.

What you'll bring (Skills and Attributes)

Key skills:

Understanding of Oracle technology and business concepts
Proficient in written and spoken English, ability to review texts and rephrase them to be simpler and clearer
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.
Fluency using ChatGPT creating and using prompts and GPT
Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Ability to learn new digital tools quickly 
Cloud environment understanding – an advantage. 
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Extremely organized and accountable, seeing tasks through to completion and ensuring a high standard of work.
Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
