You develop content strategies and UX writing for web and mobile experiences.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Craft actionable microcopy that simplifies the customer experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop content strategies using site audits, competitive assessments, user testing, and analytics.
• Optimize content for SEO and UX to drive discoverability and engagement.
• Deliver legal and ADA compliant copy decks following established style guides.
• Present design approaches and objectives to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience writing for web, mobile, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Proven expertise in UX writing and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of site architecture, interaction design, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Ability to align content with business requirements and technical constraints.
• Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
• Proficiency with MS 365, InVision, Sketch, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Advertising, English, Journalism, or a creative-focused field.
• A portfolio demonstrating digital experience and UX writing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advertising or marketing campaigns.
