You will manage the development and delivery of high-quality content for a specific line of business.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver accurate, timely content following established quality programs and stakeholder inputs.
• Monitor content data to assess health and share actionable insights with partners and writers.
• Create and present clear project plans to establish agreement among business partners.
• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews to provide constructive feedback and improve content quality.
• Resolve internal inquiries and cases while building relationships with global team members.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or knowledge management practices.
• 2+ years of experience with content management systems and authoring tools.
• 2+ years of experience in project management for content creation.
• Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Experience in designing, developing, and delivering e-learning solutions using Articulate.
• Knowledge of DITA, topic-based authoring, or Information Mapping methodologies.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Wiki, or CRM platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in authoring content within ServiceNow.
