Description

You will lead CMS strategy and execution using Contentstack, managing migrations, governance, and team enablement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content migration from legacy systems into Contentstack, defining strategy, mapping, and validation.
• Own Contentstack content models, entry structures, workflows, roles, and permissions to establish governance standards.
• Manage and oversee content authors and CMS users, reviewing content for quality and brand compliance.
• Design and deliver training programs and documentation for authors, editors, and stakeholders.
• Define QA processes for content entry, migration validation, and publishing, ensuring SEO and accessibility standards are met.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Contentstack or similar Headless CMS platforms.
• Proven experience managing complex content migration projects.
• Solid understanding of content modelling, structured content, and headless architecture.
• Experience training and supporting content teams on CMS platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with developers on APIs, JSON, or migration scripts.
• Familiarity with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and multichannel content delivery.
