Description

You will manage multiple projects using stakeholder management principles and commercial PM software. You plan efforts weeks in advance, coordinate with sponsors and SMEs, and maintain project websites. You facilitate remote meetings and handle travel for assignments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Apply stakeholder and communication management principles to govern project outcomes.
• Plan project efforts weeks in advance and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Utilize MS Project, SharePoint, and other commercial PM software for tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate web-based remote meetings using applications like Zoom or WebEx.
• Travel as needed for assignments, including overnight stays and weekend work.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of project management or project team experience.
• Minimum 3 years of dedicated Project Manager experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, specifically MS Project and SharePoint.
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to learn new tools such as Projects Website quickly.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends, holidays, and overnight stays.

Preferred Skills

• PMI PMP, Agile, or LEAN/Six Sigma certification.
