Description

You will drive the development and execution of continuous improvement strategies by promoting lean thinking and standardizing process optimization workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain a community of practice through internal communication channels and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coach and train employees in Lean and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance business processes.
  • Monitor and analyze continuous improvement projects, ensuring adherence to established standards and flows.
  • Create and maintain reports and indicators to evaluate performance and demonstrate the impact of process changes.
  • Facilitate organizational change management to support cultural shifts and the adoption of new business practices.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in continuous improvement and business analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management.
  • Technical expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Query.
  • Working knowledge of VBA, RPA, and SharePoint.
  • Strong facilitation and program management skills.
  • Professional fluency in English and Romanian.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • French language proficiency.
  • Experience working in a shared service or process-driven environment.
  • Formal certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
