Description

You will support contract administration and the execution of business plans through rigorous documentation and compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating agreements and researching proposal or contractual language using approved terms.
• Support due diligence and the integration of newly acquired entities to implement contracting policies.
• Participate in process risk assessments, control adequacy reviews, and audit response efforts.
• Monitor compliance with contractual commitments, company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Maintain business processes, data integrity, and contract performance status through closeout activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BSBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Experience with Adobe.
• Analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Master Data Management.
• Oracle Agile.
• Microsoft Project.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in contracts or finance-related roles, including proposal development or contract negotiation.
