Description

You will manage contract administration and maintain accurate provider records across multiple databases. You own the integrity of provider data, ensuring correct reimbursement and network affiliation status.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze incoming contractual documents for completeness and historical activity.
• Execute contractual documents and update network affiliations in the provider database.
• Research and resolve complex inquiries from providers and internal staff regarding contract status and rates.
• Maintain accuracy of TIN, service addresses, and network affiliation status.
• Support internal auditing processes and implement new business through accurate data loading.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in data management.
• Proven experience in contract management.
• Experience working within the health insurance industry.
• Data modeling skills.
• Ability to perform detailed data entry and database maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AS 400 software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
