Description

You will own the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from structuring to final vetting, ensuring interpretational accuracy and alignment with business terms.

Responsibilities

• Structure and vet contracts, validating business terms for legal and strategic accuracy.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to execute contract initiatives efficiently.
• Apply analytical skills to solve complex contractual problems and build stakeholder relationships.
• Deliver clear communication and presentations to internal and external partners.
• Maintain expert-level proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business (Strategy/Finance), Engineering, Technology/Computer Science, or other quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in contract management or related legal/commercial roles.
• English proficiency at CEFR C2 level.
• Expert level proficiency in MS Excel (excluding VBA, Macros).
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building capabilities.
• Global cultural familiarity and experience working in international environments.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Background in Business Strategy or Finance.
