You will manage contract documentation and administrative workflows for consultant agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage electronic file systems to ensure organized record keeping.
- Prepare draft Appendices A, B, C, and D for over 50 consultant contracts using established templates.
- Create eInvoices and upload Appendix D using the eInvoice application.
- Request work orders within the PSCS system.
- Research STIP and funding availability.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience with electronic file management.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to in-house software applications.
- High School Diploma required.
- Any Graduate degree preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in purchasing or invoicing.
- Some college coursework completed.
