Description

You will manage contract documentation and administrative workflows for consultant agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage electronic file systems to ensure organized record keeping.
  • Prepare draft Appendices A, B, C, and D for over 50 consultant contracts using established templates.
  • Create eInvoices and upload Appendix D using the eInvoice application.
  • Request work orders within the PSCS system.
  • Research STIP and funding availability.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience with electronic file management.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to in-house software applications.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Any Graduate degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in purchasing or invoicing.
  • Some college coursework completed.

Any Graduate
