Description

You will manage ALM and Treasury Level 2 control reviews and regulatory compliance monitoring. You will own the end-to-end control review process, including risk identification, walkthroughs, testing execution, and follow-up. You will propose improvements to the financial control framework covering liquidity, capital management, and treasury processes. You will monitor risk evolution, regulatory changes, and relevant projects within the applicable perimeter. You will communicate findings and drive the implementation of improvement areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of ALM and Treasury Level 2 control reviews, including risk identification, walkthroughs, testing execution, and follow-up.
• Propose improvements to the financial control framework covering liquidity, capital management, and treasury processes.
• Monitor risk evolution, regulatory changes, and relevant projects within the applicable perimeter.
• Communicate findings and drive the implementation of improvement areas.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in capital monitoring, liquidity reporting, liquidity risk management, liquidity modeling, or financial control within the banking and financial industry.
• Deep knowledge of capital and liquidity reporting regulations, including Basel, CCAR, and Resolution Plan.
• Working knowledge of FR 2052a and Liquidity Stress Testing (LST).
• Understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Interest Rate Risk Banking Book (IRRB).
