Description

Manage ALM and Treasury Level 2 control reviews, regulatory compliance monitoring, and financial control framework improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end control reviews, including risk identification, walkthroughs, testing execution, and follow-up.
• Propose improvements to the financial control framework covering liquidity, capital management, and treasury processes.
• Monitor risk evolution, regulatory changes, and relevant projects within the applicable perimeter.
• Communicate findings and drive the implementation of improvement areas.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in capital monitoring, liquidity reporting, liquidity risk management, or financial control within the banking and financial industry.
• Deep knowledge of capital and liquidity reporting regulations, including Basel, CCAR, and Resolution Plan.
• Working knowledge of FR 2052a and Liquidity Stress Testing (LST).
• Understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Interest Rate Risk Banking Book (IRRB).
