You will maintain production stability and support trading risk management within a complex financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across diverse applications and architectures.
• Collaborate with trading and development teams to resolve production incidents.
• Ensure trading desks have real-time access to risk data for market decision-making.
• Apply production support best practices within a financial services context.
• Maintain system uptime and performance monitoring.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in production support or similar roles.
• Proficiency with UNIX and Windows Servers.
• Strong SQL querying and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch for log analysis.
• Knowledge of Autosys job scheduling tools.
• Programming experience with C#.
• Ability to troubleshoot API integrations and endpoints.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
