Description

Lead technical delivery and development within the SAP ecosystem, mentoring junior consultants and translating functional specifications into modular solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver business results and mentor junior consultants.
• Translate functional specifications into technical specifications and modular, flexible solutions.
• Execute unit testing and Development Integration Testing to ensure development sanity.
• Coordinate with functional and business stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution design.
• Manage project documentation including BBP, Solution Design, and FS, including peer reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in SAP ABAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP and OData.
• Ability to perform high-level scope analysis and solution design.
• Experience in requirement management, impact analysis, and dependency identification.
• Proficiency in creating process maps, workflows, and business models.
• Skill in executing manual and automated test cases and developing integration test plans.
• Ability to provide realistic effort and cost estimations for requirements.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and functional design.

Preferred Skills

• Adherence to established coding standards and performance measures.
• Identify, report, and document defects while performing necessary fixes.
