Description

You will provide functional support and maintenance for SAP HCM modules across global geographies.

You will own incident resolution, change management, and functional testing for Payroll, Time Management, and ESS-MSS.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve assigned incidents, implementing workarounds and managing major incident resolutions.
• Analyze and implement normal or emergency changes required for incident resolution.
• Execute functional testing, including Unit, Integration, and UAT.
• Coordinate with development, interface, security, infrastructure, and legacy support teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Manage communication with SAP, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders as the single point of contact.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM functional support and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll and Time Management schemes and rules.
• Experience configuring PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, and ESS-MSS functionalities.
• Direct experience with Guinea payroll.
• Proven experience in AMS or support engagement environments.
• Integration experience between HCM and FI.
• Ability to manage support for Payroll, Time Management, ESS, and MSS for global geographies.
• Experience in functional testing and knowledge management contributions.
• Any Graduate degree.
