You will manage the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, ensuring deal profitability and regulatory compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to signature, including software specifications, maintenance, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with sales teams on lead management, quote generation, drafting, redlining, and execution.
• Review deal profitability and adherence to pricing strategies using established decision rights matrices.
• Resolve post-deal issues related to contract obligations, billing, and revenue.
• Support process improvement projects for templates, standard terms, and system updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or related functions.
• Experience with contract negotiation, redlining, and amendments.
• Ability to analyze financial drivers and structure deals to balance customer needs with company profitability.
• Strong understanding of business strategy, pricing, and profitability thresholds.
• Proficiency in communicating with Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Compliance, Risk Management, and General Management.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to evaluate business drivers and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
