You will automate manual controls using data-driven capabilities and industry-standard tools to enhance operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual processes to minimize human intervention and improve workflow integrity.
• Collaborate with business units, Internal Audit, and Technology to identify control gaps and policy breaches.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to provide evidence for audit completion.
• Develop automated techniques for continuous improvement and data integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in control or process automation.
• Proficiency in Appian development.
• Strong knowledge of workflow and process automation.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with data analysis tools including SAS and Tableau.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA for reporting and presentations.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or Master's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Applications, or Engineering.
