Description

You will assist in developing and designing control systems, including PLC-based hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute bench tests for control systems.
• Modify software and equipment to ensure proper functioning of sensors and actuators.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and manage change requests.
• Investigate project problems and develop solution plans for review by senior engineers.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and drafting appropriation requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in controls engineering.
• Proficiency in developing and designing control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical control systems.
• Knowledge of factory automation and control systems.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing processes and performance.
• Understanding of controls networking and security.
