Description

You will manage and troubleshoot Control-M and VTOM applications within a production environment, overseeing configuration, scheduling, and disaster recovery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, administration, and scheduling for Control-M, VTOM, and batch processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot new agents, defining them in node groups.
• Monitor gateway/Global condition servers and Global alert servers.
• Execute disaster recovery activities, including failover and recovery for Control-M/EM and VTOM.
• Handle incident, change, and problem management following ITIL processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Control-M and VTOM administration.
• Proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Solaris operating systems.
• Experience with Veritas NetBackup administration and scheduling.
• Ability to define and debug shell scripts across Linux, Unix, Solaris, and Windows.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL incident and change management processes.
• Experience with disaster recovery design, planning, and implementation.
• Ability to manage large-scale batch job scheduling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Disaster Recovery Design Architect.
