Description

You will administer and maintain Control-M scheduling environments across enterprise infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage job scheduling, monitoring, and administration using Control-M Enterprise Manager, Server, and Agent.
• Implement complex scheduling logic, configure calendars, conditions, and resources within Control-M.
• Create and manage jobs utilizing Control-M MFT and Application Integrator modules.
• Perform installation, in-place upgrades, patching, and migration of all BMC Control-M components.
• Handle incidents, changes, and tasks in the support queue, conducting root cause analysis and generating operational reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience administering Control-M.
• Strong understanding of BMC Control-M Enterprise Manager, Server, Agent, and MFT.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Experience integrating Control-M with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery procedures and SSL certificate configuration.
• Experience with incident management tools like Cherwell or similar.
• Basic scripting knowledge for process automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with migration of large-scale Control-M environments.
