Control-M Administrator

You will manage and maintain Control-M environments, including installations, configurations, and upgrades for EM, Servers, and Agents.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate complex processes including data pipelines, application executions, and file transfers across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Integrate Control-M with various applications, databases, and external systems to automate workflows and data exchange.
• Develop, test, and migrate Control-M jobs across non-production and production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement automation strategies for batch processes.
• Perform code reviews for Control-M jobs to ensure compliance with defined standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in workload automation or systems administration.
• Direct experience managing Control-M components (EM, Servers, and Agents).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Shell for job automation.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
