Description

You will manage, configure, and upgrade Control-M environments including Enterprise Manager, Servers, and Agents to automate batch processes across on-premises and cloud systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate complex data pipelines, application executions, and file transfers.
• Integrate Control-M with databases and external systems to automate workflows.
• Develop, test, and migrate jobs across non-production and production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement automation strategies.
• Perform code reviews to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in workload automation or systems administration.
• Direct experience managing Control-M components (EM, Servers, Agents).
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for job automation.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced batch scheduling optimization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration for batch jobs.
