Description

You will manage and optimize automated workflow scheduling using Control-M.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage automated job flows, defining dependencies and post-processing actions.
• Oversee job execution and monitor progress via the Control-M interface to confirm completion.
• Resolve job failures and performance issues, providing first and second/third-level support for the platform.
• Analyze and improve workflow performance to reduce manual tasks and ensure timely processing of critical business tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance, including managing job calendars and handling system upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Control-M.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with IBM z/OS.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
• Knowledge of workflow automation principles and best practices.
• Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and explain technical issues.
