Description

You will define, deploy, and maintain software engineering processes aligned with ISO and CMMI standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process audits and perform risk/gap analysis on existing documentation to ensure product quality.
• Develop and update process documents to support the control and software engineering lifecycle.
• Create project plans for process updates, prioritizing opportunities based on available resources.
• Design and deliver training to ensure team adherence to defined processes.
• Report on project progress via dashboards and KPIs while coaching teams on troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
• Strong background in Quality Management Systems within large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading projects of varying size and complexity using multiple methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and KPI reporting tools.
• Ability to lead, educate, and coach engineering teams on industry-leading principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Hands-on development skills with PowerApps, Power BI, and Python.
