Description

You will lead the technical architecture and execution of industrial automation and control system projects within the pharmaceutical domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLC, HMI, and SCADA project development, including programming, troubleshooting, and technical architecture.
• Design and develop Wonderware/AVEVA System Platform integrations with HMIs, Historian products, and MES/business layer applications.
• Execute control system application upgrades, migrations, and full lifecycle commissioning including FAT and SAT.
• Manage project documentation including system design documents, risk assessments, test plans, and change control under QMS practices.
• Configure plant floor connectivity using OPC DA, OPC UA, and communication protocols like MQTT.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
• Extensive PLC programming and troubleshooting expertise with Allen Bradley and APT.
• Proficiency in Rockwell FT View Site Edition SCADA design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Wonderware/AVEVA System Platform and Operations Management Interface (OMI).
• Experience integrating control systems with MES and enterprise databases using web services and MQTT.
• Knowledge of ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards.
• Ability to manage application installation, configuration, and commissioning.
• Experience working within pharmaceutical domain project execution requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Siemens or ELAU PLCs.
• Ignition SCADA programming, KPI dashboards, and reporting.
• Proficiency in .NET, VMWare, SQL, and Wonderware InTouch HMI.
