Description

You design, program, and maintain process control systems, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC programs and logic for new Research Unit construction.
• Design Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for new and existing systems.
• Provide programming support for the Yokogawa distributed control system (DCS).
• Support Process Control Network (PCN) infrastructure, network security, and backup systems.
• Troubleshoot field issues alongside Instrumentation Technicians.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in control systems engineering.
• Experience designing and maintaining PCS, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with Yokogawa distributed control system (DCS) programming.
• Knowledge of Process Control Network (PCN) infrastructure.
• Ability to tune control loops.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with Operations, Maintenance, and Project Services.
• Basic knowledge of Information Risk Management (IRM) guidelines.
