Description

You will manage the accounting function, internal controls, and financial reporting processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce documented accounting policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.
• Manage internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and deadline adherence.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, monthly reporting packages, and annual statements in compliance with GAAP.

Required Skills

• CPA designation is required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• Strong technical accounting skills and GAAP knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in distribution or retail.

• Public accounting experience.
