Description

You will integrate conveyor control solutions, automated material handling equipment, and autonomous vehicles from concept to implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Integrate conveyor controls and autonomous vehicles with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain electrical schematic drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop and debug control system software using ladder logic and structured text.
• Provide technical expertise in controls and electrical engineering.
• Perform on-site commissioning support and electrical field wiring.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Controls, Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in PLC programming on Rockwell Platforms (Studio 5000/RSLogix5000).
• Experience with Ladder Logic and Structured Text.
• Proficiency in schematic design using AutoCAD.
• Ability to assist with equipment commissioning, including wiring and installation.
• Familiarity with commissioning VFDs, PLCs, Remote I/O, and barcode scanners.
• Experience establishing communications via Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, and Profibus protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience programming material handling systems such as conveyors, sorters, and MDRs.
