Description

You will troubleshoot and maintain automation systems in a regulated manufacturing environment, ensuring equipment reliability and process performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and process automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Review and debug automation code to resolve technical issues.
• Analyze process historian data (e.g., PI data) to investigate equipment and process performance.
• Support change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and technical investigations in compliance with cGMP.
• Establish independent methods and procedures to achieve defined project goals.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of controls, automation, or industrial automation experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of cGMP requirements and regulated change-management practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across Manufacturing, Engineering, MSAT, and Quality teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
