Description

You will support the engineering team by documenting control systems and processing test data. You will own the creation of technical documentation and analysis of test results against simulation models.

Responsibilities

• Create technical documentation for control systems and subsystems.
• Analyze and process test data to compare against simulation results.
• Develop control diagrams using Visio and Simulink.
• Map system processes through detailed flow charts.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink for model-based design.
• Experience creating control diagrams and flow charts.
• Competency with Visio for diagram design.
• Understanding of basic machine controls and control diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Modeling and analysis of electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with modeling tools such as Simscape, Amesim, Adams, or Easy5.
• Experience with real-time simulation environments like dSpace, Opal-Rt, or PLECS.
