Description

You will document control systems and analyze test data against simulation models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create technical documentation for control systems and subsystems.
• Analyze and process test data to compare against simulation results.
• Develop control diagrams using Visio and Simulink.
• Map system processes through detailed flow charts.

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency with MATLAB and Simulink for model-based design.
• Experience creating control diagrams and flow charts.
• Competency with Visio for diagram design.
• Understanding of basic machine controls and control diagrams.

Preferred Skills

• Modeling and analysis of electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with modeling tools such as Simscape, Amesim, Adams, or Easy5.
• Experience with real-time simulation environments like dSpace, Opal-Rt, or PLECS.
