Description

You will troubleshoot and support automated control systems for a 24/7 manufacturing operation. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot automated control systems and user interfaces to ensure reliable equipment operation.
• Support process and product optimization and improvement efforts.
• Train engineers and production associates on new processes, equipment, or control systems.
• Participate in capital projects and collaborate with technicians and engineers.
• Integrate computers into manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role or relevant manufacturing environment.
• Programming proficiency in VB, .NET, or C.
• Experience with real-time systems and real-time control systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with iFIX, EthernetIP I/O, and SCADA.
• Ability to troubleshoot low voltage electrical circuitry.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Background in PLC programming.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TwinCAT.
• Experience with motion systems.
