Description

You will develop and maintain automation systems to manage packing and shipping processes at Fulfillment Centers.

Responsibilities

• Develop PLC code using ladder logic and structured text to control automation processes.
• Design HMI applications to provide intuitive control interfaces for automation systems.
• Manage configurations for remote devices including barcode scanners, scales, conveyors, and label applicators.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for control system issues at Fulfillment Centers.
• Author equipment specifications and review vendor submissions for project compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation and programming.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages including Ladder Logic and Structured Text.
• Experience with Function Block Diagrams, Sequential Flow Charts, and Instruction Lists.
• Ability to design HMI applications.
• Experience managing hardware such as weigh scales, dimensioning equipment, and printers.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems.
• Background in Mechatronics.
