Description

You will lead engineering efforts by providing technical and organizational guidance to the team. You own the full lifecycle of PLC functionality, from design to integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate new functionality across all line conversions.
• Perform detailed design reviews for every functionality change.
• Investigate root causes of manufacturing and safety issues to propose software resolutions.
• Create PLC code documentation, ladder logic comments, and technical configurations.
• Align the technical team to PLC optimization tasks and verify maintenance manuals.

Required Skills

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 60 months of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in PLC ladder logic development.
• Experience in designing, developing, and integrating new functionality.
• Solid background in root cause analysis for manufacturing and safety issues.
• Strong technical documentation and configuration writing skills.
