Description

You will design, implement, and maintain automation systems for plant operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop process control systems including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and drives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using PLCs, drives, and industrial networks.
• Monitor and improve plant processes using MES and WonderWare Historian.
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures, data sheets, and diagrams.
• Manage control system projects and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in control systems design and commissioning.
• Strong PLC programming skills with Allen Bradley, CTI, and Siemens.
• Experience with process control systems and industrial troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with MES and WonderWare Historian.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to provide on-call support one week every 5-6 weeks.
• 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Manufacturing background.
