Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot automated control systems and user interfaces to ensure reliable equipment operation.
• Support process and product optimization and improvement efforts.
• Train engineers and production associates on new processes, equipment, or control systems.
• Participate in capital projects and provide on-call support as needed.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role or relevant manufacturing environment.
• Programming proficiency in VB, .NET, or C.
• Experience working with real-time systems.
• Proficiency with MS Windows and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot low-voltage electrical circuitry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with iFIX, EthernetIP I/O, SCADA, or TwinCAT.
• Experience integrating computers into manufacturing processes to increase efficiency.
• Experience with motion systems.
