Description

You will design and deploy conversational AI applications, including chatbots, IVR systems, and virtual assistants.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine chatbots and IVR systems to ensure intuitive user interactions.
• Develop and optimize NLU and NLP models to improve intent identification and accuracy.
• Fine-tune LLM-based conversations to deliver context-aware responses.
• Integrate AI solutions with RESTful APIs, web services, and external data retrieval systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Conversational AI projects.
• Deep expertise in LLM development and Generative AI models.
• Strong proficiency in NLU and NLP model optimization.
• Hands-on experience with IVR and virtual assistant architecture.
• Proven ability to integrate systems via RESTful APIs.
• Experience with intent identification and conversational flow design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with the Kore AI platform.
